Shepperd's Pie

Our niece Jen made a Shepperd's Pie a couple of months a go and it was delicious.  I got to see how she prepared it so I think if I remember correctly, I would be able to make some one day.  That was the first time I tasted that  dish and it was so good!

    parang ang tagal ko ng di nakatikim ng shepherd's pie.:p the last time was in Tagaytay last May, i think. masarap ang shepherd's pie sa Bag of Beans.:p

    I have some leftover pork roast I'm needing to use and this looks great. I love shepards pie but here in Texas not many people know what it is. Thanks for the reminder.
