Banana Nut Bread Made by Our Little Chef

Here's another    delicious  treat that our little pastry chef has made in the kitchen.  It is a banana nut bread.  After the very first success that she had making the  coconut cream pie, she has been  so inspired to bake and this is one of them.
I am just glad that she let me take pictures while she was preparing  the batter.  Usually, I am not allowed in the kitchen lol.
The kitchen get  messy when she is there but it's okay, as long as she is   enjoying what she does and she is learning, that's what matters.
This banana nut bread is the nuttiest I have tasted.  She  put a whole bag of walnuts in it lol.
Love, love, love, how it turned out!
It was really good that I  ate it for breakfast  for so many days ha ha ha.  She is very cautious now when she uses the oven because she burned her finger on the very first time that  she baked by herself.  I will post some more of her baking adventures soon.

  3. I can't wait until my little one starts getting in the kitchen. She did a good job with the batter. Before you know it she'll be doing full meals for you. :)

  4. I love that you encourage her to bake and don't interfere with the process. I really need to let my kiddos help more in the kitchen and this was the inspiration I needed. Thanks!
