Fried Chicken

I made some chicken wings for dinner tonight. We ate it with rice and coleslaw. I wasn't able to take picture of it. My kids were hungry so I let them eat right away while our baby Sophie was still sleeping.

Below is the fried chicken I made the  other week with battered  carrots and  green pepper.  I did not know that carrots tasted so good when you battered and fried it.
Just remember....

and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...
