Meatloaf - Project 365 # 9

 My first attempt in making  meatloaf.  It turned out alright but  not satisfied with it.  Hubby liked it though.  I want to find a different recipe as I just followed  the one I found  on the  meatloaf mix.
January 9, 2011:
  • We are attending mass at 12:30;
  • Will visit Dad afterwards;
  • Will go to store to buy grocery.

    mukhang masarap .. i'm not a good cook kaya kpag nkktapos ako ng isa satisfied na ako whatever the taste, lol.

    Mommy rose, your meatloaf looks yummy. buti ka pa marunong mgluto, ako marunong lang kumain, hehe. i only knew simple menu at buti nlang kesa wala, haha :))

    Joe has a meat loaf recipe from her mom bading, siya nga gumagawa sa meatloaf pag ginaganahn magluto, im sure pareho lng yun nga mga ingredients at instruction. It looks good so must be taste good too

    I love meat loaf too pero di ako marunong gumawa...bibili lang ako in can, then ilagay sa tinapay, solve ang tiyan hahahahaha

    I tried making meatloaf once and have not made some after that. I just couldn't get it right. Maybe I should try it again. Looks delicious!

    Your meatloaf is quite different. Is it catsup that is spread over the meatloaf? Anyway the true test of a dish is its taste and if John and the kids like it then I guess it's okay. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
