Fried rice with kimchi and chicken fajita is what we had for dinner tonight. It was my first time incorporating kimchi into a fried rice and it was a hit, my son even loved it! I always ask my husband's opinion whenever I made something new so I would know what to improve or what to change or add the next time I make it. He said that the only problem of the fried rice is that, I did not make enough hahaha.
Glad he likes it. We have a big jar of kimchi in the fridge so I can use this for fried rice from now on.
I am glad that I was able to shift my interest in cooking. I used to hate it but now I love it! I still don't like baking though.
This looks so good!! I tried making chicken fajitas once, and they turned out terrible. I really need to try again because when I get them at a restaurant they are so delicious!
ReplyDeleteI've never thought about adding Kimchi to Fried Rice! I love both so I can't wait to try them together...which is hopefully soon! LOL
