Shamrock Sugar Cookies - Project 365 # 62

I bought this ready to bake shamrock shape sugar cookies during one of the snow days. I let Ms. Burrito put some icing on some of these.
Ready to bake cookies are the only sweet I could bake hehehe.  I am not good in making one from scratch.
March 3, 2011:
  • Today was a very busy day for us.  We attended mass at 9 am  to  support Ms. Burrito from reading her piece  during the mass and to  fulfill the last two Sundays that we were not able to attend due to sickness.
  • The plumber and other  workers from the city came over and work on our  gas pipe.  They came at 8:30 and  was able to finish at 12:30.  Thanks God we have our furnace and hot water back, what a relief.  It got so cold this morning that I feel like there were icicle hanging in my behind lol.
  • I was one of the homeroom moms  for the kindergarten's  St. Day celebration so I wasn't able to blog this morning.
  • I made a meatloaf for dinner.  It was better this time than the last time.  I found a different recipe online with different kinds of ingredients.   LOVE the taste/outcome

    that's good-looking cookies...ako din, don't know how to bake from scratch, so laging ready-mixed. hope someday, somehow, matutunan ko! hehehe! happy friday!
