Rice Cake - P365 # 173

I conceived with Ms. Burrito when I was still in the Philippines which gave me an opportunity to enjoy a lot of Filipino foods before I came here. No wonder she love Pinoy foods more than our son, Mr. Burrito. I do believe that what a mother eats when she's pregnant, the baby will be accustomed in eating it when the baby grow up.
Once in a while, when we go to the Asian store in Pittsburgh, I always buy a pack of rice cake mix. My daughter loves it.
What do you expect when kids are in the kitchen making something with Mommy? MESS, lol!

  • Oh boy, I finally got the chance to update here.  I just got done folding clothes (did not put it away yet lol).  I was planning to clean windows today but I got sidetracked of doing laundry and  helping hubby put together the computer desk we got for free from my BIL.
  • I cleaned the basement and organized the kids toys which was scattered everywhere, phew.
  • We visited my FIL  a little while ago.

  5. Bibingka is really great especially if you are in faraway US. Great that Rylie loves it and is helping you prepare bibingka, hehehe. Still nothing beats the hot bibingka of Ferino's. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
