Crescent Pepper-Roni Rolls

I made this pepperoni rolls this morning for my kids lunch at school.  My son brings his lunch everyday so finding  food that  can prepare everyday is a bit of challenge.  I can't prepare  him the same food  over and over again everyday because it will become monotonous and boring to eat.  We bought some smoked sausages and pepperoni the other day and a pack of  crescent rolls.  I made some pigs in a blanket the other day but forgot to take a picture of it.  For this Pepper-Roni Rolls, you will need:
  • 1 can crescent roll
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1/2 pack of pepper roni
  • 1 cup  shredded cheese

Preparation:
  • Open the  can of cresent rolls. Laid it in a wax paper so it won't stick.  Add the pepperoni and the small slices  of peppers.  Then add the shredded cheese.

  •  Roll the  dough and  put it in a foil-lined  baking sheet.  Bake it in 350 degrees oven for 13 minutes.

IT smells divine that I just want to eat it after removing it from the oven.  I had to control myself not to because it was after all for my kids lunch, lol.
U sliced them into  small pices to fit ionto their  lunch boxes.
My daughter eat school prepared lunch on Tuesdays  and on other days, she brings  her own lunch as well.
I always pack them fruits and veggies sometimes.  Since I addd peppers on the pepperoni rolls, I only gave them some cherry tomatoes to go with their lunch.

  2. Wow, you're one great cook sis! Did you buy the dough ready made? When I visit the US, I would love to buy those ready-made dough. I'm not a good cook nor baker. It would help me a lot if I can find some of that here in Dubai so I can make similar rolls like the ones you've made. Yum!
