Egg-cellent!

Eggs are pretty much present at our kitchen table every morning. Hubby and son love to have eggs for breakfast. My daughter is not crazy about eggs but if you fill it with veggies, she would eat it. Below are just some of the eggs that I made for breakfast, you decide which one you like.
deviled eggs and rolled up eggs with spinach.
omelet with  spinach and scrambled eggs.
boiled eggs and sunny side up eggs (my son called  it a duckling)
Ms. Burrito made this omelet with  chopped  green beans and tomatoes.
rolled up eggs with hotdog and cheese and  lettuce.
Individual omelets with bacon bits and tomatoes filling.
My son called this Elmo.
Are you hungry yet?
My favorite one is below.  I steamed the  beans first and rolled it up   in an  egg with bacon..

August 14, 2012:

  • Will update this tomorrow.  Gotta hit the hay now.  So glad to wake up without a migraine.
  • I had a great time gardening with my kids.
  • Cooked some chicken wingettes and  egg noodles for dinner.  After I ate, I  got nauseated  and puked my guts out, yaikesss...
  • We visited my FIL after I felt better.

  1. I can eat EGGS anytime, just because they are so versatile, and even I can prepare them.
