Egg Noodle Soup

I made some egg noodle soup (without eggs.. wink) a couple of days ago because it was raining so hard and cold.  We ate it with  pork ribs BBQ.  Before I put the pork in the oven, I boiled it first then I used the broth to cook the noodles.  It was a yummy dinner for the four of us.

    yummy noodles and I love the carrots in them...yesterday I had an orange carrot-salad with celery and some raisins and pamegranate dressing :)

    I made one a week ago,I end up eating it all.My kids don't like it. When I fed this to my 4 year old, he said, "mommy,what is this?,I want food!".

    Hmmmm.. that reminds me of the egg noodle soup in the freezer that I made the other day. Hmmm.. I love it especially when the weather is cold outside and eating some comforting egg noodle soup is so good. :)It sure looks like a good noodle soup.
