i love pasta simply sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and lots of garlic and herbs, with some grilled vegetables and topped with parmesan cheese. however, i do make other pasta dishes such as alfredo from time to time. that's great to know your kids love broccoli
I love pasta and I prefer the the usual spaghetti cooked in authentic Italian way. Just last week, I cooked fettucini alfredo with chunks of chicken... I must say, I really don't have the knack for cooking so it was epic fail! hahaha....

It's good that your kids love to eat broccoli. Your dish looks very yummy. Carbonara would be one of my favorite dish.
