Homemade Granola Bars

Last Monday, Ms. Burrito woke up very early and she cooked  breakfast for us (bacon, eggs, and rice).
When I woke up, she did not want me to go to the kitchen because she is baking something.  She found a recipe online  on how to make homemade granola bars and she tried it.  She used some of the goodies that we received from Newman's Own Organic.
I was pleasantly surprised as it was really good.  We all eat it fr snacks.  Way to go Ms. Burrito, you rock!  Our officially-8-year-old chef is getting better and better in the kitchen each day!

  11. I admire your daughter for making breakfast for the whole family. I still don't let Wrozlie touch my griddle, but we have a 14 year old that can cook the bacon or cinnamon roll, I take care of the eggs :) I bet your granola bars tastes heavenly.
