I mentioned that I love making something out of left overs. Left-over roast beef is very versatile. HUbby loves it when I make him a hearty sandwich with left-over roast filling. Last time though, I made my own version of shepherd's pie using the left over roast.
It was delicious! THe added cheese on top of the mashed potatoes made it even more tastier.
