We are moving in a couple of weeks which means that we will be super busy packing and unpacking so I prepared some square burgers. It will be easy to throw them in the grill when I can't prepare an elaborate meal. Preparing these burgers are super easy using my burger press from Cavetools. When it comes to grilling and BBQ tools, I like Cavetools because they have the best tools there is that you can find.
I added some chopped onions, a dash of cumin, black pepper, Hawaiian sea salt, and chili powder. I only used two pounds of ground beef , that's about an ideal weight for 6 square burger patties.
The kids are very fond of the built-in burger dimpler if this hamburger press. I love it too because it makes your burger stay flat when you are grilling them. You can buy this with 15% Off using this code LZEN8T4G via amazon .
The advantage of having this burger press is that it keeps your patties fresh as it seals tight and stacks easily in the freezer.
When we bought a quarter of beef early this year, we chose a lot of ground beef cuts because that's what we use the most in cooking.
