Pizza Time with my Chefs

It's been a while since we last made a home made pizza so my kids and I made some the other day.
We loaded it with bell peppers, mushroom,  black olives, pepperoni, and  cheese.
Pizza, omelet, and fried rice are some of my techniques to make  Mr. Burrito eat veggies.  He is very picky but if you incorporate it to the  dishes that he likes, he would eat it.  Thanks for the help angels!
Here's my share.
Have a  sumptuous weekend everyone!

Kimchi and Pepper - Project 365 # 33

I don't know if you can see it but the shape of the pepper is a little bit like a heart.
February 2, 2011:
  • It is windy and raining a little bit over here so walking going to school is tough with umbrella.  Hubby called my FIL if he can drive  here so we can get Rye without walking.
  • I just got done taking shower, woot.
  • Gotta start doing laundry while waiting for FIL.

February 1, 2011:
  • Ms. Burrito's class was  delayed for two hours.
  • I will have Ms. Bumble Bee again today.
  • We just got done eating spaghetti so now I am in front of my  PC.
  • I know now why I had such a bad migraine yesterday, the Red Lady  decided to come over early so now I have dysmenorrhea wahhh.  Oh well, part of being a woman.
  • Alrighty folks, be safe and keep warm today.  I gotta write these two tasks I was given.

Watch, Learn, and have Fun

Watching the videos for Super Bowl Recipes,  presented by Kenmore Live Studio,  gives me  fun ideas on making snacks during sports event like superbowl.  My sister-in-law and her daughter are always the one that prepares  food and snacks  on most occasions where  our family  gets together to have fun.  But since I have two kids and  I live here in Uncle Sam's  place, I have to  learn some menus that  my family would like to eat or enjoy.  Hubby and I watched some of the videos and the one that caught our attention is the  Pizza Magherita that Ms. Fairbanks has shared.

My husband love just any kind of pizza so the above mentioned recipe  would be  worth trying for.  What I like about making  home made pizza is that, you can  put whatever ingredients you want to add.  The Magherita pizza is the kind of pizza that I like as you can put veggies of you choice in it.  Speaking of which, my kids and I just made a pan  yesterday and we ate it after we  sung some kareoke songs hehehe.  So if you want to learn, some recipes for superbowl, please check out some cool videos at Kenmore Live Studio.  Below is one of them.
