Whenever we have strawberries at home, it only last for a day or two.  My Burritos love to dip it in chocolate syrup.  I just love eating it plain.

  • I drunk a doze of  nyquail last night  in hoping to catch some zs even with migraine.  I fell asleep very quickly and slept really good.  Thank God that my migraine was gone when I woke up.  Hubby then concluded that my headache for two consecutive days was a  sinus problem.
  • I vacuumed the floor after we ate breakfast.
  • We went to Starvaggi Park  later in the afternoon so the Burritos could play, they enjoyed the cool weather.
  • We visited Dad after  the kids played at the park.  I taught Ms. Burrito how to play  the Open Arms song at the piano.  We did the first stanza and it was time to leave.  I told her that I would teach her some more next time.  It's the  only song I know though.  Well, I don't really know the entire song, I just learned how to do it when I was pregnant with Mr. Burrito, out of boredom lol.  It would be nice to learn how to really play the piano.  Dad has this old piano at his basement and nobody uses it.

  • My husband brought the kids to my FIL but I did not  went as my head was throbbing like crazy.

Pecan Bars

I bought this pecan bars mix  months ago but I never got to prepare it.  I was looking for something to do for  me and the kids in the kitchen and saw this so we made it.
It is so much fun ,making something in the kitchen with the  burritos around.  I am sure that I am going to miss this when they have their own families already.
This is very easy to make, it only took us 35 minutes.  Shadow Shot Sunday 2
I have never seen them enjoyed as much as this Pecan bars.  This was gone in two days lol.

February 3, 2012:

  • Right now my  right head is throbbing with pain, my migraine is attacking again huhuhu.
  • Today was the last day of the Catholic School Week celebration at Ms. Burrito's  school.  She also had  two tests done today.
  • Me and Mr. Burrito had reading class at home.  He is getting better and better.
  • Will update this post later on, have to make pizza for dinner.  Need to chop some  peppers for toppings.  I made a pan of pizza with pineapple chunk, peppers,  pepperoni mins,  mushroom, and black olives as toppings.
  • Ms. Burrito volunteered to clean the dishes tonight, thanks Anak.  I still have a migraine  wahhhh.

Blackberries

Blackberries is one of the fruits that Mr. Burrito really love to snack on. We bought a pack at the store and he loves it.  We also bought strawberries , they love to dip it (strawberry)  in  chocolate syrup.

February 2, 2012:

  • Another busy day for us.  We started our day by  attending  the mass at St. Joe's.  It was a full church as  the Madonna High and St. Joe's all attended.  It's nice to see that Ms Burrito is always part  of different activities in school even on masses.  She's one of the representative of their class to bring something at the altar.
  • We went to the kids pediatrician and  get Mr. Burrito's shots record, it's one of the requirements for new students to submit.
  • We went straight to the school after  the Doctor's office and registered Mr. Burrito in Kindergarten, so he is now officially registered.  All we have to do is pay the tuition  during enrollment.
  • After registration, hubby went back to the doctor's office  because Mr. Burrito has to take 5 vaccinations.  Mr. Burrito wasn't  very happy about it.  Hubby said that he did great on the wellness check up.  He passed the  eye and hearing tests.  Five shots is very hard for the kids and I am praying that he wouldn't be so sore tomorrow.
  • We visited  my FIL after Ms. Burrito's  ballet class.
  • I made4 omelet with spinach for breakfast and  taco for lunch/dinner.

February 1, 2012:

  • Mr. Burrito and I did not have our class today.   We both went to school and helped other Mommies  in serving  the Sunday treat to all the SJS  students.  It's student's day today, the third day of Catholic  School Week celebration.   I also got  Mr. Burrito's  registration paper  for kindergarten.  He got scared when I told him that  we have to go to the  school's office to get   the form, he thought that he  is going to start going to school today lol.
  • Ms. Burrito was craving for  sardines and rice so I opened a can and  the three of us   ate  that for dinner.  Hubby ate rice and left over adobo.
  • We visited my FIL and baked some popcorn shrimp there.
  • I gave Max a bath today.
  • Ms. Burrito has a test tomorrow so I have to go to bed a little early tonight.  Besides I am so tired.
