• Oh I am glad it's over.  I was able to finish cooking before the party started.  
• Thanks everyone for coming and for the gifts that  made Mr. Burrito so happy.  He received a surprise present from someone in LA, I don't know who it is but thank you!  I am so tired and sleepy already.

January 13, 2012:

• Oh my back, I got so busy today and didn't even  realize that it it night time already.  I cleaned the house and rearrange things and made some lumpia for tomorrow.  I freeze them and will just fry it tomorrow.

January 12, 2012:

• I vacuumed and organized  the house this morning.  Hubby steamed the carpet so we are  ready for Saturday.. Wait a minute.. not really ready yet hahaha.  
• We went to Ms. Burrito's dance class tonight and then drove to Walmart to get some grocery.
• I made some pork chops, buttered french cut beans, and vegetable salad for dinner. 
• I would walk Ms. Burrito to school since they have a two-hour delay and hubby needs to be  in school early tomorrow.  It's Friday the 13th tomorrow so be careful everyone.

Pink Potato Cookies

These are some of the cookies that my SIL Chris made during Christmas. She told me that the pink cookies are made of potatoes!  It looks good and it tasted really good!  Forgot the name though.

• It was raining and cold today when I  fetch my daughter from school.
• I made  some caldereta for dinner.
• I  just got done with my laundry.  I have to fold  them first before I put my kids to bed.  Whew!

January 10, 2011:

• My student at home is getting good in reading.  He can read.  Al the doubts I had with Mr. Burrito is now gone, I know that he is 100% ready to attend kindergarten this year.
• I watched the pianist with my son late this afternoon but he doozed off lol.
• We went to my SIL  and dropped off the cake mix.  She will  make  a birthday cake for  Mr. Burrito.  Thanks Chris!
• We also visited my FIL  after we went to my SIL.
