Sweet Potatoes - Asian Style

When we went to the Oriental Store in Pittsburgh the last time, I saw a box full of Kamote or sweet potatoes so I grab some because they are the kind that like the ones that we have in the Philippines. Iba kasi ang kamote dito eh hehehe.
MY FIL love the way I prefer it, I fry 'em then I put a caramelized sugar on it afterwards. My daughter love it too, here's the proof..
Just remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO WILLA too. May she have many more blessed and abundant birthdays to come. Masarap nga yung pagkakaluto mo nang camote kasi parang kamote cue ang pagkakagawa mo.     Oh my camote!!I love the pinoy way nga!!Naalala ko na naman ang pinas kahit na meron namang camote dito lol!I'm sure humirit na naman ang asawa mo at nag utotan kayo lol!loko lang po!!^_^
