Whenever we go the oriental store in Pittsburgh, I make sure to grab three or four big camote or sweet potato. I am not sure if these kind of camote are from asian country but it is very different form the sweet potatoes that you can buy here in the store. It's the kind that I love, not to mushy.
Most of the times, I mixed with some ingredients and we make ginataan with it but sometimes, I miss the Camote Q that we used to eat in the Philippines. Only daughter and I eats this lol. The boys are out, they rather eat regular potatoes than camote.
Just remember....
that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...
so Spice Up Your Life.

Oh who would not miss the delicious camote cue when you are out of your native country? Like banana cue, camote cue has been a regular fare in everybody's household in the Phils. It is so cheap yet can be so filling in one's stomach. Just don't eat too much or you may have a kingsize turbo exhaust pipe in your behind, lol. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
