Tocino & Egg - Project 365 # 31

That's our breakfast yesterday. In the Philippines there is a menu that you can order that is called to-si-log which is a short term for tocino, sinangag (fried rice), and itlog (egg).  Since I did not make fried rice, I will call mine tokalog (tocino, kanin (rice), and itlog (egg) hehehe.  

My homemade tocino is an end product made from the mama sita's tocino mix.  YUM!
January 31, 2011:

  • It's a little sunny today although it's 18 degrees.  We are anticipating a sever weather  sometime tonight and tomorrow.  Oh boy, Spring please come  over here soon!
  • Have to pick up Ms. Burrito today.
  • Will have Bumble Bee at three.
  • Have to write  three online task, done with one.

    I would love to try it. I am an egg person and the tocino looks great.I have to admit I don't know what it is.
