That's our breakfast yesterday. In the Philippines there is a menu that you can order that is called to-si-log which is a short term for tocino, sinangag (fried rice), and itlog (egg). Since I did not make fried rice, I will call mine tokalog (tocino, kanin (rice), and itlog (egg) hehehe.
My homemade tocino is an end product made from the mama sita's tocino mix. YUM!
January 31, 2011:- It's a little sunny today although it's 18 degrees. We are anticipating a sever weather sometime tonight and tomorrow. Oh boy, Spring please come over here soon!
- Have to pick up Ms. Burrito today.
- Will have Bumble Bee at three.
- Have to write three online task, done with one.
