Bibimbap - Project 365 # 55

I made some Bibimbap the day after Valentine's day.  It's been a while since we had this Korean dish so once in a while we crave for it.  It isn't an authentic one but it satisfies our cravings anyway. I did not have  the korean veggies that they use so I just create my own.
February 24, 2011:
  • I am still groggy from this  freaking flu.  I woke up with a severe headache, when I  got up, I vomited, then took 2 tabs of excedrin.  Thanks to hubs for making our daughter's breakfast while I wait for the meds to kick in.  After 30 minutes I was sweating due to the meds so I got up, prepared Ms. Burrito's snack to take to school and  woke her up to get ready.
  • After making breakfast, I took a hot shower but I am still floating like a balloon.  Eat breakfast, clean the dishes, and now am ready to rock again.  I gotta get this dizziness off my mind by blogging weeee.
  • Hubby stripped off all our bedding and washing it right now, thanks a bunch hon!
Our side dish is Kimchi.  On the other plate is the  hot pepper paste that you mix with all the ingredients.

Always remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life..

so Spice Up Your Life

  6. Ang galing mo naman, pati Korean dish ay kaya mong lutuin. I heard so much about Bibimbap and I am dying to taste it too. I heard it first from Bambie dear as she praised it to high heavens. Marami na rin namang Korean and Japanese restaurants dito and I'm sure they can prepare a credible Bibimbap dish. Natutuwa naman ako sa pamilya ninyo. Tulungan kayo. Tinutulungan ka ni John sa ilang gawaing bahay. That's the problem with living in the States kasi walang katulong diyan and you have to do everything for your family even if you are sick. Sabi nga sa advertisment, bawal ang magkasakit, hehehe. Hindi bale, bumabaha nnag blessings ni Lord sa inyo, lol. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
