Barbecue Corned Beef - P365 # 112

I mentioned in my previous post that I would be cooking the last can of corned beef I have in my Lazy Susan. THe corned beef is barbecue flavored and we liked it.
I just add some napa cabbage, scallions, tomatoes, and onions and voila, instant  lunch na weeeee.  It's nice to have these in your kitchen cabinet because if you get short of time to cook, you can just whipped this up in minutes!
April 22, 2011:
  • Hubby and daughter worked out  in our  fitness area at the basement this morning.
  • We had fried rice for breakfast and  French toast for dessert.
  • Hubby boiled the eggs for us to color.  We will actually bring it to Dad after I post this one so we could paint it there while visiting.
  • I know, I should be off  from my online gig but I can't lol.. I really need a blogging rehab lol.
Alrighty friends, hope you have a Good Friday and  a safe Easter celebration!

  3. Oh, I love Palm corned beef because it's so much better than the mush you can see in canned corned beefs here in the Philly. I'll give your recipe a try soon!
