Baby Milkfish - P365 # 168

I am not fond of the whole milkfish but I like buying this marinated baby milkfish.
It's boneless so  even my daughter, Ms. Burrito likes to eat it with me.
I  always fry it and eat it with  salsa and rice.
If you have a  Chicago steak seasoning, you can sprinkle it before you fry it, it's so yummy!
June 19, 2011:

  • Another busy day for us.   After I cooked breakfast, I busied myself making some lumpia or egg rolls.
  • By the time, I am done with it, it's time for us to prepare and go to church.
  • We went straight to my FIL after church and cook dinner there.  I  BBQ'd  some  country style  boneless ribs,  made some egg noodles, fried some of the lumpia I made earlier, cut up some fresh veggie salad, then hubby made  some mashed potatoes.  He also made Dad a pan of   Fudge.  Will show you the pics next time.
  • Our last trip was the mall, we   gave   Daddy a little shopping spree.
How about you, how did you celebrate Father's Day?
