I am not really crazy about meatloaf so I seldom make it,only when hubby is craving for it hehehe. I made this last month, it was actually really good! Hubby usually eats this with mashed potatoes or green bean casserole but I like eating it with rice. No wonder I can' get rid of my tummy fats because I just can't get rid of my beloved white rice hehehe.

- Daughter will be riding the transit bus with her friend Juliana today after school. They always invite Ms. Burrito for a play date. They live in rich neighborhood part of this town, the place my husband calls "Millionaire Acres" lol. Most of the homeowners there are doctors, business owners, and other rich families in the city.
