Bumble Bee's Haven 365/244

We have 7 or eight sun flowers in our backyard and bumble bees just love them. I assume that the sunflowers are their perfect haven as I see them all the time.
September 2, 2011:

  • Our daughter had a big test today and I was so proud of  the results when she came home.  She had five pages of test and she only  missed one.  We are so proud of you Ms. Burrito. We have  some assignments to do but we will do it tomorrow, we have a three day weekend so we have  plenty of time.
  • Mr. Burrito and I on the other hand  did  some readings and he practiced  writing his full name again.  I am so impressed that in two weeks of our  lessons at home, he progressed really well.  He is more attentive and focused now.  I remember when I tried to teach him last year, I got so frustrated  because he wasn't ready.  You can't really forced kids to learn unless they are ready.
  • The beams and the post on the other side of the porch are now properly installed.  Hopefully, they could  work on the  roof  or pour the steps next week.

    Thank you for visiting my dragonflies. You are right that sunflowers are bee havens. The same farm that has the dragonflies grows fields of sunflowers. I will show that next time.

    Your flower garden is a haven for bees and butterflies. Great that Rylie had a good result in her test. On the other hand, EJ is also making excellent progress in his lessons at home. I hope the contractor will finish your porch very soon. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
