My husband and daughter love mashed potatoes. Me and my son isn't so fond of it but I make it once in a while when they crave for it. I made some beef steak, boiled corn, and mashed potaties for dinner yesterday. I put some cheese, milk, and butter on the mashed potatoes, the two ate it all lol.

- We finished another box of 500 puzzle. This one only took us two days unlike the first one. It was our family project this weekend. I wasn't able to really blog yesterday and today. I just now have the time to peek in here.
- We visited my FIL after I gave our dog , Champ, a bath. Max is still in agony from his surgery.
- We ate chili at Dad's he made a big pot. My FIL can make a really good chili!
I sometimes grate a bit of garlic into the mashed potato. Yum yum Diane
