Lumpia Rolls

 These are the  lumpia or spring rolls that I made a couple of days ago.  Crispy and  lots of veggies inside, yum!

 - My quest to update this  blog daily -
April 28, 2012:

  • I am happy that I finally got to talked to my mother even if  for a very short period of time  last night.  The signal  in their place is very weak so it is hard for me to call.  It did not last very long but at least I got to hear her voice.
  • Hubby mowed our yard today.    I t is almost the month of May but the weather is so cold.  I tried to do some gardening today but my hand got so numb so I quit.
  • We visited my FIL after we went to DQ.

    Your weather there is still cold while we are sweltering in oppressive heat here. Whew. The temperature is hovering at around 37 degrees. Your fried lumpia looks delicious. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
