- On Mother's day, we decided to just relax at home because it's rainy and wet outside. Instead of battling with the crowd in a restaurant, I cooked a simple meal for us to enjoy. Some fried chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies and rice filled our tummies.
- We visited my FIL to complete our day.
May 14, 2012
- I made some onion rings for snacks today. Corned beef with cabbage and rice was our dinner.
