My mother used to make this snack called "Kalinging" and I would sell it in our neighborhood when I was young. I miss it so much so I make it once in a while when I am craving for it. I am the only one who eats it so I usually freeze some so I could easily grab some and warm it up when I want to.
Vince loves this snack and I sometimes cook it esp on weekends
