Here's another idea of filling you can make for your crepe. You can use peanut butter or whatever spread you want. In my case, I used the Wow Butter. It turned out delicious! Some like to pour syrup on top of crepes but I prefer spread or filled it up with fruit jam or jelly or caramelized apple.

- Did laundry today. Still snowing and my cold is getting better although my nose is so dry that it is bleeding.
- We did not go anywhere. It is safe to stay at home.
