Smoker Box for BBQ Grill Wood Chips #ProductReview

When I was still in the tropics, smoked fish is  a regular  fod  that I love eating.  I love  fish more than meat and I actually miss  having  "tinapa"  in my meal.  There is also a smoked meat that  is called "tapa" and those were good too.  Anyway, my husband have mentioned  a couple of times that he wants to  try the nrisket at Arby's.  We have never been to this establishents since we seldom really go out and eat. I cooked most of the times and we only  eat out when we have a special occasion to celebrate.  

I tried their  beef slider with jalapeño.  I wasn't crazy about the  meat but it was okay because it was spicy.  For the price they charge for it, my satisfaction wasn't met.

My daughter got a farm salad with grilled chicken.  She only ate a little bit of this.  She said the  garden salad at Eat n Park is  way better than this.

 

My son did not even eat his order.  My husband said his food was okay.  Over all, our experience was not all that great and we all agreed  that we'd rather eat at Wendy's  than return at Arby's.  Food in Wendy's is a lot better and it  is not pricey like  Arby's.

I can't wait to  be able to use  the stainless steel smoker box that I receved from Cavetools to review.  I wish  that I could have got this  before the summer has ended so I could have enjoyed  some smiked fish.  We covered our grill  for now since we can no longer grill outside   due to cold weather.  So now I have to waut for  feqw months before I can  finally use this.

This smoker box has a hinged  lid for an aeasy access.  This would accomo-date large wood chips  to create  thicker smoke.  I will have to buy wood chips for this.  I can't wait to use this!

  I watched a video on youtube on how to use this because  quite honestly, I have never  used or had  one of this before so I don't know how this works.  I wish that they can include  a manuakl on how to use in the packaging box but that is not really necessary since you can poretty much  get information online right?  But it would be  awesome to  have the manual included.  Anyway, you have to  soak the wood chips on water first before you [put it inside the smoker box so ut won't get burned easy.
