Corned Beef and Rice

While looking at this qsc gx5  at Guitar Center online, I was also listening to  gospel music by Joey and Rory.  I remember when I was growing up, we didn't have TV but we always had a radio and my father love to cook while he listened to  old music.  He made me learn how to appreciate and eventually love old but good music.  He always told me that  no matter how simple the menu is, it would make it taste so much better  if you are listening to music  or  singing with it.  Corned beef and rice  were one of his "simple" dishes but it was always delicious.
