Lasagna and Choc Cake

The day before my FIL's birthday, he told me that he is craving for something that his wife used to make. I asked him what it was and he couldn't remember what it is called. n the day of his birthday, I baked a pan of lasagna at home and brought it at his house. He was so happy and told me "That is what I am craving for!". Hmmmnn, glad you liked it Dad. Anyhow, the lasagna was sold out, no left over the next day lol.

My friend Raquel brought a chocolate cake for Dad. I really don't like sweets but this one is an exception, it is so delish! Thanks Manay!

Just remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

  9. Wow, you surely brought happiness to your FIL by baking lasagna for him. It happened that it was the same dish he was longing for after the death of his wife. What a perfect coincidence for both of you. Your FIL is so good that he deserves that from you. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
