My daughter is very entertained whenever she is watching this fitness group doing their daily routine in Hawaii. At a young age, she is very interested in working out. I'll post her report progress on running on our treadmill someday. Ayhow, back to the show we've watched yesterday, the host was taking about the insanity beachbody. He is encouraging everyone to buy his DVD for a complete work out routine.
