Villas or Hotel

My husband called our friend yesterday to talk about our upcoming get together. He's been browsing around if which option would give us a good price, renting a villa or hotel. On his search, he stumbled upon villas in turkey but since we are not going there but just within the states, he keep on looking.  He found a  a good place last night and he told me that he has to call  them again to  discuss things about it.
