Carrot Slaw Recipe

I made a small bowl of carrot slaw today.  I finally baked the   lobster cake that I bought  from Pittsburgh so I thought of making a little carrot slaw to  eat with it.

Ingredients:
  • 2 medium sized carrots from our garden
  • 2 tablespoon of  miracle whip or you can use mayo
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • a dash of salt, pepper, and sugar
  • 1 tsp of  relish
  • 1/2 cup  lettuce chopped finely
Just mixed them all together after your grate the carrots and chill it in the  refrigerator.  It's yummy!
