When we went to Wholey's for the first time in August, I spotted this Lobster cake so I bought a pack. I was not in the mood to make a a heavy dinner tonight so I thought of baking the lobster cake so we will know how it tastes like. Well, it was bad but it wasn't that great either. The sriracha sauce on top of it made it a little better tasting though plus the carrot slaw that I made.
I wasn't satisfied with it so I made a pasta salad for my husband and daughter. Son and I had the lobster cake, rice, and carrot slaw.
