Meatloaf #A-Spice-A-Day#94

I am not really crazy about meatloaf so I seldom make it,only when  hubby is craving for it hehehe.  I made this  last month, it was actually really good!  Hubby usually   eats this with mashed potatoes or green bean casserole but I like eating it with rice.  No wonder I can' get rid of my tummy fats because I just can't get rid of my beloved white rice hehehe.

• Daughter will be riding the transit bus with her friend Juliana today after school.  They always invite Ms. Burrito for a play date.  They live in rich  neighborhood  part of this town, the place my husband calls "Millionaire Acres" lol.  Most of the homeowners there are  doctors, business owners, and other  rich families in the city.  

Summer Getaway

During our stay in the land of the morning calm, we made sure to have at least  a short  vacation for each  year that we spent there.  When we came back here in the mainland, we though that we would be able to have a vacation too but we were not able to.  Hubby was bummed out but what we can do, our life then was different now because he is retired and we have a student already that we have to send to school.  Those situations changed everything.  However, we are not closing our doors to opportunities like having to go for a short vacation.  We will be at Kennywood today and next week, we will be on our summer getaway.  Hooray!


Anyway, my son and I love this  animal crackers for snack.
